In the beginning there was, well. . . me. . .
As far back as I can remember, i have always wanted to live and breathe art and design. From making little animals out of sweet wrappers, to drawing with my fork on my finished plate of food, my creative and imaginative mind means that it is all I have wanted to do, and it's my passion to make my career out of it.
I love all of the different aspects of design and creating. One of the things I enjoy doing the most is to draw and illustrate. I find it fascinating that when you draw, time speeds up and you seem to drift away. To be frank, I adore doing it and shall always make time now and again to create something that I can be proud of and just slightly stretch those drawing muscles. But there is one activity that really excites me and never fails to disappoint; PHOTOGRAPHY!
It's just such an amazing thing to be able to capture a moment that you would only see once if you were there, and relive that moment time after time, all thanks to a camera. I love taking photos and my camera is like an extension of my body. I appreciate all kinds of pictures - they are all unique and have so many things to look at, and like the saying goes - 'a picture paints a thousand words' .
This is why I have chosen to take a leap into doing my own photography and illustrations. I am completely self-taught and rely on my own experiences to teach me what I need to know, and look to my natural flare and creativity to guide me.
